DATA REQUEST
One of the main objectives of Intercet is to promote collaboration between Cetologists.
Participation in the Intercet network does not imply any waiver or modification of the ownership of the data uploaded to the common platform and any use of the same data, other than those foreseen by the data sharing policy (see dedicated section), must be formally authorized by the data owner.
If you are interested in using the data displayed on the Intercet platform you must
- Send an email to intercet@acquariodigenova.it, specifying which data you are interested in.
- As soon as we receive your request, we will send you the e-mail contact of the owner of the data.
- You must send a formal request to the owner of the data and CC our e-mail address (intercet@acquariodigenova.it), specifying the data you would like to use and the purposes and explicitly requesting authorization to receive the same data through the Intercet mediation.
- Once the owner's authorization has been received, we will send you the requested data.
- The correct use of the data received, according to the agreements made with the owner of the data, is beyond our responsibility and is the exclusive competence of the parties in agreement.
- In case of scientific publications, reports, presentations at conferences, etc., it is requested to always quote Intercet for the role of mediation carried out.
